Application Process:

I will thoroughly screen all applicants to ensure a quality tenant is placed in your property. 

Communication:

I take calls 24 hours a day so that you nor your tenant will have to worry or wait for a response!

Rent Collection:

I will collect rent for you and make sure that everything is sent on time. I will also keep record of all expenses per month that might include potential maintenance costs.

Evictions:

I have the experience to mitigate these situations while mitigating risk to you.
