24/7 Communication:

I am available for you and your guest 24/7 and will make sure guests receive every detail before their arrival including entry instructions, parking details, WiFi passwords and more. They will receive a personal message directly after making a reservation, the day before their arrival and the day before their check out with every detail they would possibly need to know! I provide my direct phone number so that they are able to reach me at any time of day should they have any emergencies, questions or concerns.

Scheduling:

I will keep track of the calendar to make sure there are not any conflicting reservations. 

Property Check-In:

I will personally check on your property after each cleaning to make sure it is 100% ready to go before guests arrive. I will also check on your property the day your guests check out to make sure there are not any immediate repairs that need to be taken care of.
